Pay a deposit by card
£50 for a regular clean, £100 for a deep clean or end of tenancy. It comes off your price, and we charge the rest to the same card once your clean is done.
Offices and larger homes
Workplaces and homes with four or more bedrooms vary too much for a price list. Tell us about the space and we will email a fixed price, with a link to choose your date and book online.
Questions people ask
When do I pay?
You pay a deposit when you book: £50 for a regular clean, £100 for a deep clean or end of tenancy. It comes off your total, and the rest is charged to the same card once your clean is done. Your booking is confirmed straight away.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to manage your booking. Cancel at least 24 hours before and your deposit comes back in full. Inside 24 hours we may keep our actual costs, up to your deposit, and refund the rest. Cancellation terms.
What if my home needs longer than expected?
Fixed price cleans stay at the price you booked. For hourly cleans we will always ask before adding any time.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least two days. We clean from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, and you can book up to two months ahead.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of London: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, UB. Those are the letters at the start of a postcode. Enter yours at the top of the page and we check it before you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell us how to get in when you book, for example a key safe, a concierge or a neighbour.
